User Agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) governs the relationship between Marotte (hereinafter referred to as the “Administration”, “Seller”) and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the “User”, “Buyer”) when using the website marotte.shop (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).

1. General Provisions

1.1. By using the Website and placing an order, the User confirms that they have read and fully agree to the terms of this Agreement.
1.2. The Administration reserves the right to amend this Agreement without prior notice.
1.3. Continued use of the Website after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the updated version of the Agreement.
1.4. If the User does not agree with the terms of the Agreement, they must stop using the Website.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Seller provides the User with the opportunity to purchase custom collectible dolls, outfits, and workshops (hereinafter referred to as the “Products”) via the Website.
2.2. All Products are handmade and produced in limited editions, which may result in unique characteristics for each item.

3. Order Placement Procedure

3.1. Orders are placed via the electronic order form on the Website.
3.2. The User must provide accurate and complete information (full name, delivery address, contact phone number, and email).
3.3. After the order is placed, the Seller confirms it via email or messenger. A tracking code is also available in the User’s personal account.

4. Price and Payment

4.1. All prices are listed in US dollars and include the cost of basic shipping.
4.2. Payment is accepted via PayPal only.
4.3. An order is considered accepted for processing only after full payment has been received.

5. Shipping

5.1. Orders are shipped to the address provided by the Buyer using Kyrgyz Express Post (included in the price) or FedEx (upon request and with recalculated cost). To use FedEx, the Buyer must contact the Seller in advance.
5.2. Delivery times and costs depend on the region and the shipping company.
5.3. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company, customs procedures, or force majeure circumstances.
5.4. The risk of loss or damage to the Product passes to the Buyer at the moment the order is handed over to the shipping company.

6. Returns and Exchanges

6.1. Returns or exchanges are not possible once the Product has been shipped to the Buyer.

7. Copyright

7.1. All dolls, outfits, accessories, photographs, texts, designs, and other materials are the result of creative work and are protected by copyright laws.
7.2. Copying, reproducing, modifying, or using images or ideas without the Seller’s written consent is prohibited.
7.3. The Buyer acquires ownership of the physical Product but does not obtain the rights to reproduce, commercially exploit, or replicate the design.

8. Liability of the Parties

8.1. The Seller is not responsible for:

• actions of third parties affecting delivery;
• damage caused by improper use of the Product;
• differences in color, texture, or details between photographs on the Website and the actual Product (which may occur due to individual screen settings).

8.2. The User is responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order.

9. Personal Data

9.1. The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy posted on the Website.
9.2. By providing their data, the User consents to its use for order processing, shipping, and fulfilling the Seller’s obligations.

10. Final Provisions

10.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic.
10.2. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations, and if no agreement is reached, they shall be settled in court at the location of the Seller.
